2bangkok.com reported that The Nation, Thailand’s long-running English newspaper will change its format to a business journal in the coming month rebirthing itself as ‘Thailand’s Largest Business Daily’. Xpress the online free news will take over from the Nation, although a look at the website shows its content as news lite.

2bangkok.com reports no comment from The Nation, which can still be bought at newsstand around the country.
On February 12 we pointed out the Xpress website: The page seems to be a test from January 18, 2008 and contains sections such as “The Fun,” “Expat,” “Good Morning, Bangkok,” and “The Provinces.”
