Pattaya police are investigating a farang’s mysterious death.
Officers answering the call discovered a man on his side. A knife wound in his neck. Both the house and corpse have been burnt. Police consider this a 1-2-3 case of farang suicide, since farangs like to commit suicide in Thailand, although this wasn’ the usual jump off of Mike’s Dept. Store suicide and witnesses reported the arrival of a man and woman at the farang’s house before the fire. Police officials are now considering this case as a murder and detectives are seeking the Thai couple for questioning.
At this point there is no reason to believe that the murder was connected to robbery. More a case of angry Thais running amok as the deceased got into an argument with a mama-san, who wanted to collect her girl from the house. The farang refused and words were exchanged although the mama-san denies any wrong-doing.

Personally I think the murderer is a serial killer who enjoys passing off his work to the Thai police as suicides.
