Chez Michel on Soi Buffalo is my local canteen whenever my wife is not in town. About 90% of the month this year. The old woman cook slaps together decent French food at very reasonable price. Entrecote with fries and a salad 120 baht. Creme Caramel 30 baht. The wine, white or red, is poured from a box, however few of regulars are true gourmands, despite their prodigious appetites and ability to criticize everything and everyone.
