FLIGHT 93 too soon?

Just got a DVD copy of FLIGHT 93, a dramatization of the the 9/11 flight which crashed in a Pennsylvania farm field. During the first showings of the trailer for this movie, audience members cried out, “Too soon.” Too soon? It’s been five years. Wanna wait ten, twenty.  Maybe 50.
