					<description>It's always been on-and-off! Occasionally the police have to make the politicians believe that they really try to enforce the law, and then soon enough it's business as usual. Pattaya wasn't bad as a fishing village with a few small hotels in the early seventies either... there were no naked girls then - except in the pool at the hotel where i stayed... and you can be sure I brought them there!</description>
