My father doesn’t read the newspapers or watch the TV news. Too much bad news. Iraq, rising prices, global warming, food crisis ad nauseum. It’s enough to make you think the world is coming to an end and a Russian doomsday cult convinced that the world was facing destruction sought refuge in a cave. Seven members gave up on the apocalypse due for May 2008, although 24 members have vowed to remain cavebound under the guidance of their prophet, who has promised his followers that they will be the judges at the final judgment.
Heaven or Hell.
Couldn’t I pick Miami Beach or Pattaya to meet my maker, who I suspect is not a God with a beard, but an alien with a test tube.
